Changing Tides in Petaluma New Construction

The Celsius 44 development, will begin construction of 16 new townhomes at 1st and G Streets next week.  The project has been delayed for more than 2 years because of the poor economy making it difficult to secure the necessary financing for the project.
Petaluma based  Advanced Building Solution has purchased the project and anticipates the project to be completed by year’s end.
